Domestic Projects

Domestic project contracting is one of the primary operations of CJI．With the special g rade qualification for general contracting of building construction，Grade I qualification for general contracting of municipal engineering project，and the grade I qualification for specialized contracting works，CJI has its scope of operation covering more than 20 provinces，autonomous regions and municipalities in the whole country, having acquired rich construction experience and achievements in industrial and civil construction prects，municipal engineering infrastructure works and real estate development and construction，with the capability to implement the whole line of operations for engineering consultancy，design，construction ，operation and maintenance．In the market development for several decades，CJI constructed a large number of high quality prects in the forms of PPP,EPC，BT,construction general contracting，contracting of specialized works and prect management，etc.,and 4 prects were awarded with the Lu Ban Prize for national high quality projects and over 50 prects awa rded with prizes for provincial level high quality prects．CJI Group has been awarded with honorable titles including"top 100 enterprises in the construction industry of China in comprehensive competing power","advanced enterprise in the construction industry of China","national excellent construction enterprise","top 100 enterprises in the construction industry of Jiangsu Province","top ten enterprises in foreign economic relations constructionindustryofJiangsu Province"and renowned construction contractor of Jiangsu Province".
